These spy shots of the Volvo C70 restyling look truly lovely, showing a vehicle that has undergone some significant changes to the front and rear of the car. The new elegance has been the work of a joint venture with Pininfarina, and the C70 restyling will now debut at the Frankfurt motor show in September.
The C70 shows a new style that will characterise Volvo design in the future, initially introduced with the S60 concept on show at the Detroit show in January. The front sees the most significant changes, while the rear has been modified in smaller details.
The engine range should also see some updates, especially on the petrol front, with the likely debut of a new 1.6 litre turbo at 180 hp. The diesel offering should expand to include the 2.4 D at 175 hp and the 2.4 D5 twin turbo at 205 hp.
